I was calling from Ohio to order wind chimes for a family funeral in Georgia. The first florist I called (Fowlers) around 12:15 pm was "too busy to help me right now" and wanted me to "call back Monday morning", which I told her was the day of the calling hours and funeral. She said "We can do it Monday". Horrible business attitude! The second florist was extremely nice and did not have what I wanted, but kindly recommended Brenda's House of Flowers. Great business attitude! I called Brenda's and they were WONDERFUL to work with. They were patient, answered my questions, understood my tears, and had exactly what I was wanting. I shared with her my experience with the first two calls, to which she sincerely apologized and informed that their owner passed away unexpectedly 2 days ago and the funeral was also on Monday. She said no one is busier than they are right now, but they will ALWAYS take care of their customers. I cannot give the service, compassion and business attitude enough stars to share how wonderful my experience was with Brenda's. I live in Ohio, but I will ALWAYS recommend Brenda's to anyone needing flowers or gifts in Woodstock and the surrounding areas. Thank you for being so amazing!! Highest recommendation!!

I forgot to order a corsage for my son’s date until the morning of the homecoming dance. They came through for me and created an absolutely beautiful corsage! I could not be more pleased! This will be the only florist I use in the future!

Brenda's came through again with a wonderful bouquet for our daughter-in-law on her birthday. It was delivered on time, was better than the photo, and IMHO was a fair price. I would recommend Brenda's for all your flower needs!
